Where are you located?
Our studio is in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at 420 Nick's Kids Avenue. We also offer online classes, making it easy for you to join us from anywhere! We have members all around the country and love sharing these practices with you from anywhere in the world.
Can I attend classes without a membership?
Yes! We offer drop-in passes and class packages for visitors and those who prefer not to commit to a membership.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
We provide all necessary props for our classes. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer!
