Coach & Chef Shauna Versloot
The Duo Behind TLWC
Dan and Shauna Versloot created the Live Well Community to share their passion for food, nutrition, fitness, and living a healthy lifestyle with good people living in and around London Ontario. They believe that “Life is what YOU make it” and when you surround yourself with other positive and like-minded people that you automatically empower and inspire yourself.
Shauna grew up as a competitive athlete in track and cross-country. She pursued her post-secondary education in Fitness and Lifestyle Management (George Brown College), Nutrition (Western University), Psychology (Western University), and Culinary (Fanshawe College). She also completed her National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), and Culinary Apprenticeship. She has been coaching and also working in kitchens since she started high school and never really slowed down on either of those passions.
Dan grew up as a competitive athlete in many sports but volleyball, tennis and golf are his favourites. He has a degree in Business and has worked in forecasting, graphic design, supply chain, and business management. On top of helping Shauna with The Live Well Community, he loves pursuing his hobbies of woodworking, landscaping, and renovations.
